Did you know in a typical year, each Australian on average consumes 9.7 litres of alcohol, 917 cigarettes and 9 litres of ice cream? And the average size of a pizza has increased by up to 66% over the last 20 years1?
Now on a more serious note – nearly 1 in 3 adult Australians weren’t active enough in the last week2. Almost 2 in 3 adult Australians are overweight and one in four children aged 2-17 are classified as ‘overweight’ or ‘obese’3.
Those are some eye-opening statistics.

To help, we’re excited to share with you our new animated video, Facts of Life. We hope this will help you to know the facts.
